- Despite its country-like setting, this site offers convenient access to schools, shopping malls, and grocery stores as well as a massive planned recreational building on the edge of town, community parks, boardwalks, trails, and recreational fields.
- One-, two-, and three-bedroom units are powered by high-efficiency, all-electric heat pump mechanical systems and high-performance windows for enhanced thermal comfort and lower heating demand.
- Natural, climate-safe materials are incorporated throughout the development, including exposed-wood ceilings.
- The intentionally curved design of the structure echoes the natural environment in which it is situated, consistent with what we see in nature.
- Solar PV panels produce on-site renewable energy, reducing electricity consumption by an overall 99%.
- No fossil fuels are combusted on site, reducing direct emissions to zero — a 100% reduction.
