1570 Main Street West features 176 thoughtfully and sustainably designed rental homes set in Hamilton’s prime Ainslie Wood neighbourhood.
Close to McMaster University, this 12-storey building is designed to integrate urban gardens and promote community living. A ground-level café will serve as a welcoming hub for residents and neighbours alike, while indoor and outdoor multi-use spaces, such as community gardens, provide opportunities for gathering and recreation. With the Cootes Paradise trails, schools, parks, shopping, and transit just steps away, this project is designed to seamlessly enhance and integrate into the vibrant surrounding neighborhood.
