Designed with natural, climate-safe materials and all-electric mechanical systems, this 12-storey mid-rise integrates seamlessly with the existing streetscape, enhancing the community with natural landscaping and a new playground.
With innovative design and on-site amenities, gathering spaces, and programming, this project is setting a new standard for sustainable, community-focused rental housing in Scarborough.
