project details

  • 360 Kennedy includes two- and three-bedroom townhomes and apartments powered with high-efficiency, all-electric heat pump mechanical systems and high-performance building envelope for enhanced thermal comfort and lower heating demand.
  • This site is steps away from the Place d’Orléans O-Train station, nearby shopping malls, recreation complexes, schools, and grocery stores.
  • Adjacent to a large park, the site also features shared outdoor gathering spaces, including community gardens, to foster urban agriculture and social engagement.
  • Gable ends and sloped roofs, a necessity for classic snowy winters in Ottawa, provide a modern take on a traditional Canadian home design.
  • Solar PV panels produce on-site renewable energy, with the potential to generate all the energy needed each year.
  • No fossil fuels are combusted on site, reducing direct emissions to zero.
