3385 Lawrence Avenue East is an 11-storey building with 155 new one-, two- and three-bedroom rental homes. Thoughtfully designed to integrate with the existing neighbourhood, the building will transition from 11 storeys facing north on Lawrence Avenue to six storeys towards the south.
A new landscaped courtyard between the new and retained buildings will include a playground and gathering spaces surrounded by native species gardens.
Ground level multi-purpose spaces will be accessible to residents, including a kids indoor play area, gym, lounge space, co-working area and multipurpose space for fitness, community events and other programming. Residents also have access to convenient bike storage and repair and a dog walking area, along with an indoor pet grooming station.
3385 Lawrence has been designed for the 2050 climate providing tenants access to a climate-safe, comfortable and resilient ecosystem that doesn’t contribute to their carbon footprint.
Sustainability features include:
