The design includes a series of eight blocks of two-storey townhouses and three-storey walk-up apartments, embraces low-carbon, energy efficient building practices and is sympathetic to the landscape of the surrounding neighbourhood.
New community gardens and outdoor gathering spaces enhance the green space, complete with new trees and native species.
Additional features include secure bicycle parking, EV charging, and onsite stormwater management systems.
360 Kennedy will be beautiful, sustainable and resilient through the use of features aimed at reducing energy demands, energy costs and improving comfort.
Sustainability features include:
- High-efficiency, all-electric mechanical system utilizing heat pumps and energy recovery ventilation.
